These terms govern your use of furiousdigital.co.uk and any services provided by Furious Digital. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Furious Digital provides digital marketing services to UK trade and service businesses. The specific scope of services for each client is agreed in writing before work commences.
No long contracts
Our services are provided on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. No minimum term applies to standard packages.
Payment
Services are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to pause services if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
Intellectual property
All content, designs and materials created by Furious Digital for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Our methodologies, processes and templates remain the property of Furious Digital.
Limitation of liability
Furious Digital shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
